Patricia Hamilton Theatre Arts

Acting classes for adults at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. For the inexperienced student, beginner classes help to enhance self-expression and awareness, and further develop spontaneity and concentration skills through theatre games and exercises in a supportive group environment.
Acting techniques are introduced and, through script work and assigned material, participants learn how a professional actor approaches a script and develops a character following a rehearsal process. Intermediate and advanced acting classes challenge the serious student committed to the craft of acting to practice and hone performance skills.
Classes include physical and vocal warm-ups, scene work, and provide useful audition material.
